As you can see the pattern of the week is Keeping Dehydrated. 😂🤣 I haven’t made Beef Jerky in ages. 🤔 Its usually made by our youngest son as his recipe is really good and 🌶🌶🥰😋
I have made two types of Beef Jerky a light one with no 🌶 and a 🌶 one.
I am so pleased I invested in a dehydrator years ago. 👏🏻I had a smaller version when I lived on the farm and upgraded to a larger version to get more done quickly. It is such a versatile kitchen aid that provides many uses in the kitchen. 🙌It enables me to save my fruit, herbs and vegetables when the garden is over producing and great for freeing up storage in fridge, freezer.
The recipe can be adjusted what ever the flavours you wish, adding fresh and dry ingredients with sauces and marinating the meat for one to two days to get those flavours into the meat is the key.
