First rains of Autumn here in Aus so today I thought about spending the day cooking. 💃🎧🎼 music on.

Out came my dehydrated today to do some fruit, herbs, dried tomatoes.
Maybe even some beef jerky. 🙃🙂That’s another post 🤫😉🤣😂 I thought of preserving some ginger into Rice Alcohol. 🤔
I have peeled and cut up the ginger and placed into a sterilised jar and filled with this Rice Alcohol I bought at Duty Free on the way back from holidays two years back. 🌿
It’s kinda sweet taste and as it has a note of lemongrass and ginger in it already, I thought it may be interesting how it turns out. 🥰
Also not to waste the peel of the ginger and just throw out. 🌿🌿
I am steeping it into a Ginger stock to use in my cooking later or you could even make a ginger tea. 🥰🌿
The little Ginger left over is beginning to shoot so I am going to plant that out 🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿So out of one piece of ginger I have been able to turn it into three different use . 🙌🙌🙌
