How versatile are eggs 🥚. This morning I thought I would make Deviled Eggs. 😋🥰
The Origins of Deviled Eggs date back to Roman Times.
It was traditionally served as a first course.
Most recipes of deviled eggs are of boiled egg , mayo, mustard and sometimes Tabasco sauce.
I decided to switch it up and try a different take on the traditional style 🤔 and boy did this taste amazing 🥰🤩 Recipe for Dozza’s Deviled Eggs
Same process of boiling eggs , cut in half.
Scoop out yolk and place in small bowl.
Depending on quantity of eggs boiled (4 boiled eggs in pic)
Add to the egg yolk …
1 tablespoons each of
Hummus and Aeoli .
1 -2 teaspoons of Tahini.
Squeeze some fresh lemon juice. Add 1 teaspoon Keens traditional curry powder.
Sprinkle in some white chia seeds .
Season salt and cracked pepper. Mix together with back of fork to break up the egg Yolk.
Taste as you go adding a little more fresh lemon if required. 🍋
Then fill the egg white shell. Sprinkle with some chia seeds and chopped chives.
Sprinkling with a little cayenne pepper would also be awesome if you would like a little heat. 🌶

Now I had a little egg mixture left over and it made for a lovely dip. A versatile recipe. 👏🏻
