I made Lemonade Wedge Scones this morning visiting some good friends 🥰 thought I would try these blueberry Wedge Scones today with orange cream 🥰🍊
It only took 3 ingredients
400 g SR Flour (sifted)
250 gm Whipping Cream (not whipped)
250gm chilled Lemonade
Mix together (do not over mix just lightly until combined )
Roll out and cut into circles do not overwork the dough
Brush milk or egg on top on scone to make a shine
Flatten dough to a circle and cut wedges through but don’t separate onto a tray with baking paper together so they keep there circle shape )
Bake 15-20 minutes
Depending on your oven 180 degrees
Until light golden colour.
Beat cream with a little sugar and orange 🍊 EO
