Meatballs with Premium Minced Beef and diced vegetables.
1/2 -1 kg Premium Beef Mince finely diced garlic, onion,Zucchini, carrot, red peppers.
Fresh Basil , salt & Cracked Pepper.
One egg and handful of breadcrumbs.
Mix together thoroughly and make meatballs then roll into extra breadcrumbs.
Fry in pan with olive oil until brown on both sides.
Add a little balsamic vinegar, tomato salsa add water to cover up to half of the meatballs. Cook for 20-30 rolling over meatballs often to soak up the juices until the sauce has reduced to thick consistency now I judge how the meatballs are going and add little more water to cook through.
Served with either rice, pasta, mash potatoes with vegetables. 📷 @dozzaskitchen
