Now Christmas cooking always always begins with these Bailey Delights. For my family they are the first ticked off the list as when made they are placed straight into the freezer.
But the most important thing to remember when freezing you must hide them 😂🤣😉
It’s a long standing tradition loved by our family and friends. 🥰
So it is fitting that it begins here 👏🏻🙌🏻🥰 today with
BAILEY BLISS BALLS
One pack of Arnotts family selection biscuits – blitzed and crushed.
One can of condensed milk 395g
One cup desiccated coconut
One half cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup Baileys liquor or frangelica , kahlua if you like a coffee flavour better.
Crush biscuits add all dry ingredients together in mixer
In small saucepan heat condensed milk and baileys slowly for a few minutes than add to dry ingredients.
Mix well than make balls and coat with coconut.
Dampened hands makes it easier to roll into balls.
Now I freeze them and leave them in freezer until ready to eat.
