One of my favourite Cakes is a Moist Lemon Cake. A refreshing Lemon Bundt Cake lightly dusted with icing snow.

8 Oz Butter (226 gm)
3 cups plain flour
1 1/2 tspns baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 cup of milk
3 tblsn finely grated lemon rind
2 -3 tblspoons lemon juice
Cream butter and sugar than beat 1 egg at a time , add milk and lemon juice . Sift in dry ingredients and fold in gently . Pour into a Bundt cake pan
Cook 180deg preheated oven for 30 -45 min
