Plant Based Meals for Two or could be for one ☝️😋😉🙃😂
After attending aqua fitness this morning and running errands time for some hearty lunch 🥗
Being on a gut health journey doesn’t mean boring so let’s start with some veggies into a heated pan. 🍃🍆🥬🥦
Let’s see what we have in the crisper mmmm need to go shopping again for some more vegetables yayyy 😉🙃😋😂

Start of with chopped fresh garlic, chilli 🌶 and ginger add in thinly sliced (I use a peeler) Zuchini and carrot.
Chop up Bok Choy , Roma tomatoes 🍅 mushroom.
Place all vegetables into a pan with a little oil and stir until tender , add a little of Tamari sauce , salt & Cracked pepper.
Add fresh lemon juice.
Whilst your making the vegetable fry cook 1 cup of quinoa in 3 cups of water until it has cooked and absorbed all the water.
When all is cooked add vegetables to a large bowl add 1 drop each of YL Orange & Lemongrass Essential Oil to the vegetables add more fresh lemon 🍋
Toss all together.
Make a hollow in the vegetables than add your Quinoa into the centre.
Culinary YL Essential Oils are best used at the end of cooking to keep in all that wellness and goodness. 👏🏻😍😋 Garnish with Chia Seed , Hemp Protein and fresh Basil .
You can also add one or two boiled eggs if you choose .
