I am so glad I was raised on the farm and my roots of growing vegetables and cooking from mum and dad has held be stead for always wanting to be out in the garden more than anything. 🌻🌳🌿🍃

To be able to just go out and pick fresh when needed on hand whether in vegetable beds or pots what ever your space all can be achieved.
Today our rocket was ready , we try and plant in fortnightly intervals which allows you to keep on receiving .
I picked a large bowl full of fresh rocket and by adding garlic , basil and olive oil I turned it into a pesto, the peppery flavours are amazing 🥰 using it for
Herbed breads , Pasta , pizzas, sauce and added to salad dressings 👏🏻 keep in fridge.
Fill sterilised jars add extra oil on top of jar to keep.
Store in Fridge use within month.
I don’t add any seasoning nuts or cheese so I control when cooking and members non dairy. Add crushed pines nuts over dish and grated cheese over/though dishes.
